Senior Frontend Engineer

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll become part of a passionate, fast moving team dedicated to solving challenging technical problems, designing engaging gamification experiences, and shaping the foundations to support the collective effort of developers worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement intuitive, attractive, and engaging user interfaces that captivate developers
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build seamless gamified experiences and interactive coding challenges
Architect scalable frontend solutions, ensuring maintainability, performance, and reliability as our platform rapidly grows
Drive frontend best practices, code quality, and mentorship within the engineering team
Continuously experiment, iterate, and optimize user experiences based on data-driven insights and user feedback What You Have
3+ years of experience building scalable, performant frontend applications using React and TypeScript
Strong proficiency in styling responsive, attractive user interfaces with Tailwind CSS
Solid understanding of data fetching, state management, and API integration using GraphQL
Proven ability to architect maintainable, modular frontend codebases and establish best practices
Experience building and maintaining reusable component libraries and frontend design systems
Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and best practices (e.g., Vitest, React Testing Library, MSW)
Passion for crafting delightful user experiences and attention to detail in UI/UX design
A proactive mindset, iterating quickly based on user feedback and data-driven insights Nice to Haves
Experience with Relay for efficient GraphQL data management and client-side caching
Familiarity with frontend code generation tools and workflows (e.g., Plop)
Knowledge of modern CI/CD practices, including automated testing, linting, and deployment pipelines
Interest in developer tooling and improving engineering productivity
