Day shift 8 am - 5 pm, every other weekend, 13-week assignment

Hospital-based SNF with potential float to outpatient and acute rehab

CA License Required

EMR: EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, Wellsky, Allscripts

SNF experience required minimum 1 year

Float coverage to one nearby facility as needed

BLS certification required
