Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Prepare, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Support the finance team with invoicing and tracking expenses.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Office Administration or related fields preferred.
Prior experience in an administrative or office assistant role is a plus.
