Senior Project Assistant, Channel Performance

What makes this role important at Ipsos?

The Senior Project Assistant will provide day to day support with data entry on significant projects.

What you can expect to be doing:

Provides superior administrative support to deliverables

Sets-up/maintains appropriate electronic and hard copy project folders and project-related documents

Assists with moderator calendar entries

Coordinates project deliverables

Other administrative duties as seen necessary

Project management: Coordinating market research studies including project scheduling, coordination and implementation

Performing data analysis, interpretation and verification

Preparation of reports and presentations

This might be the job for you if you have:

High School Diploma or higher

Advanced knowledge in quantitative research methodologies

Highly motivated, self-directed & possessing a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.

Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated a commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information.

Capable of working under minimal supervision with a high level of initiative, energy & enthusiasm for learning.

Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $45,000 to $50,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
