If you are interested in this Production Operator position, please contact Lindsay at or Production Operator Compensation • The pay for this position is $18.50 per hour • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Production Operator Highlights • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs • The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday (exact shift hours to be confirmed) Production Operator Responsibilities • Operate equipment in a manufacturing/Fab environment while ensuring quality output • Log machine performance and communicate issues to appropriate personnel • Support a safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards • Perform technical tasks including SPC chart monitoring, tool qualification response, and engineering test processing • Troubleshoot and recover tool errors as needed • Monitor and collect production data, assist with lot disposition • Maintain clean, organized workstations according to 6S principles • Actively participate in on-the-job training and required certifications • Provide and receive accurate, detailed pass downs across shifts • Recommend quality, safety, and efficiency improvements Production Operator Requirements • 0–3 years of relevant experience • High School Diploma or GED • Basic computer literacy and ability to work with software applications • Strong communication and attention to detail • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Production Operator Preferred Qualifications • Experience in manufacturing, production, or semiconductor environments • Familiarity with soldering, SPC monitoring, or technical troubleshooting • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude If you think this Production Operator position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me – feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
