Required Skills:

Acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort in support of a Navy Aircraft SE Program or Project.

Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues.

Oversees contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress.

Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements.

MA/MS degree in business, engineering or technical discipline.

Of the minimum 10 years of experience required, at least five (5) years of experience must be in DoD Aircraft SE acquisition in support of Navy Aircraft SE acquisition.

Description:

Client needs to establish the requirements for Program Management (PM) and technical work product services. The successful execution of these efforts requires leadership, technical and financial management, program analysis, technical and acquisition support, and additional miscellaneous efforts resulting in work products for each aircraft and associated support systems.

The contractor shall provide PM and technical work products to assist in meeting individual program objectives. This will include researching, analyzing, coordinating and implementing program plans and processes.
