Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for leading complex projects from kickoff to completion? We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and can ensure high-impact projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

In this role, you'll oversee every aspect of project execution - from planning and resource allocation to stakeholder communication and performance reporting. You'll be a strategic partner across departments, using data and insight to anticipate challenges, drive results, and elevate project success.

What You'll Do:

Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution

Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders

Build and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure alignment with objectives

Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs

Measure and report on project performance using data-driven tools

Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact

Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

Translate business needs into clear technical and operational plans

Deliver polished reports and status updates to senior leadership

Create supporting documents, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field

3+ years of proven experience in project management

Strong strategic thinking and foresight - you can see around corners and plan accordingly

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident leading discussions and aligning teams

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple priorities

Proficient in reporting and performance measurement tools

Nice to Have:

PMP Certification (preferred)

Experience in Communications or PMO work

Background in regional communications or working with cross-functional global teams
