Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Support the Project Manager in all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to final punch list • Communicate with clients and subcontractors to coordinate schedules and updates • Manage project documentation and ensure all permits, contracts, and files are up to date • Track deadlines, materials, and job progress to ensure everything stays on schedule • Help organize job site visits, meetings, and inspections • Assist with change orders, project billing, and reporting as needed Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a related field • Experience with water/wastewater projects strongly preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of construction management tools or software Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
