Debbie's Staffing is looking for a 2nd Shift Packer/Picker for our client located in Belton, MO.

Hours: 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Monday-Thursday

Pay rate: $16.50/hr + $1.50 incentive total $18.00 Weekly Pay!

Job Description Summary

Packers are responsible for packing products in a timely manner on the assembly lines.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.

Packing small components into small container

Picking products according to the list of items from inventory

Check product to ensure it is damage free

Seal and label each container

Stacking and organizing

Willing to learn and have excellent work ethic.

Use handheld scanner and equipment for warehouse management

Maintains condition of warehouse work area (I.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc.)

SKILLS

Able to handle large volumes of work

Ability to work independently, requiring little supervisory direction

ABILITIES

Able to stand or walk constantly, 100% of shift

Able to bend, lift, push and pull materials throughout shift

Self-motivated

Maintains neat/organized work area

All associates must be able to be at work on time for all scheduled shifts, be dependable, have positive attitude and be trainable.
