Weekend Packer/Picker

Debbie's Staffing is looking for a Weekend Shift Packer/Picker for our client located in Belton, MO.

Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thursday-Sunday

Pay rate: $17.50/hr + $1.50 incentive total $19.00 Weekly Pay!

Job Description Summary

Packers are responsible for packing products in a timely manner on the assembly lines.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

• Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same.

• Packing small components into small container

• Picking products according to the list of items from inventory

• Check product to ensure it is damage free

• Seal and label each container

• Stacking and organizing

• Willing to learn and have excellent work ethic.

• Use handheld scanner and equipment for warehouse management

• Maintains condition of warehouse work area (I.e., free of trash, product in correct location, etc.)

SKILLS

• Able to handle large volumes of work

• Ability to work independently, requiring little supervisory direction

ABILITIES

• Able to stand or walk constantly, 100% of shift

• Able to bend, lift, push and pull materials throughout shift

• Self-motivated

• Maintains neat/organized work area

All associates must be able to be at work on time for all scheduled shifts, be dependable, have positive attitude and be trainable.
