Our client specializes in CNC machined, fabricated, and thermoformed machining.
Are you an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist looking for a dynamic manufacturing environment? You will set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision components from detailed blueprints and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Select and install tooling, chucks, collets, and fixtures for efficient machining.
Program or modify CNC programs to optimize performance.
Monitor machining operations, adjusting feeds, speeds, and offsets to maintain quality.
Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
Diagnose and resolve machining and tooling issues.
Maintain production and quality records while ensuring a safe, organized workspace.
What You Bring:
Expertise in CNC turning, tooling selection, and machining strategies.
Strong blueprint reading skills, including GD&T interpretation.
Proficiency in precision measuring tools for quality control.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve machining challenges.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to high-quality output.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume setting.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
2+ years of experience operating CNC lathes.
