Move Forward with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Accounting/Finance - Financial Analyst I in Baldwin Park, California.
As an Accounting/Finance - Financial Analyst I, you will: The Financial Analyst will perform complex financial and analytical studies.
Conduct budgeting and accounting functions, support physician recruitment and compensation modeling.
Will also assist in the preparation of financial and executive reports.
Primary duties include but are not limited to building financial pro-formas, researching trends and evaluating data.
The candidate will need to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial models, including technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance.
The candidate will be asked to gather, analyze, prepare and summarizes data in to recommendations for operational changes, acquisition activities and to preform sensitivity analysis to pressure test financial models and analytics.
The candidate will assist in preparing shared risk and Managed Care analytics and payer modeling ultimately projecting margin and profitability/performance including cost benefit analysis including NPV ROI for growth initiatives.
This Financial Analyst will support and provide analytics, benchmarking, and contract interpretation for physician compensation, productivity and incentive calculations.
This is a full-time contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s Degree – Finance / Accounting.
Healthcare Experience (Strongly Preferred). Strong Excel skills including (sumifs, xlookup, pivot tables, embedded if statements, and other analytical formulas to summarize large datasets). Reconciliation and Audit experience preferred.
Productivity /Sales Analytics preferred.
Physician Compensation and Productivity optional, Must have advanced excel skill and experience in COGNOS.
Pay Rate: $40 - $42 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
