Principal Responsibilties Financial Adherence to investment policies and guidelines adopted by the Board,working closely with the Investment Committee, investment consultants,investment managers and staff.
Establish and monitor adherence to internal controls and procedures Budget preparation and adherence Financial reporting Audit preparation and coordination; staff Audit Committee Oversee tax reporting for client accounts Secondary protocol for treasury functions Special Board and Committee reporting Other projects as needed Human Resources Human resource operations Payroll and tax filing and reporting Track and monitor personal and sick leave Manage Employee Benefits Relationships: This position reports directly to the Executive Vice-President/COO.
This position relates to the following internal positions: President Executive Vice-President / COO Vice President Operations and Treasurer - Assist with responsibilities and complete duties when not in office.
