Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote – Must work MST hours)(Need Locals) Time Zone: Mountain Standard Time (MST) Remote Work: Yes, full-time remote (must be available during normal business hours in MST) Position Summary: The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, testing, and debugging new features and enhancements within a highly customized Salesforce platform.

This role supports key Sales and Service projects and involves mentoring junior developers while ensuring code quality and maintainability.

Candidates with AI/Einstein experience and knowledge of SOX-compliant Salesforce environments are preferred.

Project Focus: Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud enhancements Feature design and development on a highly customized Salesforce platform Principal Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom features on the Salesforce platform Collaborate with business analysts, QA engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements Participate in code reviews and design sessions to ensure scalable, maintainable solutions Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance Support a SOX-compliant Salesforce development environment (preferred) Minimum Qualifications: 2–3 years of Salesforce development experience (Developer 1 level) 5+ years overall experience developing object-oriented, database-driven web applications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent work experience 3+ years of Salesforce development experience Strong expertise with Apex and JavaScript Proficient with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and SOQL Familiar with version control systems such as Git Salesforce Certifications (at least two of the following): Administrator Platform App Builder Platform Developer 1 Platform Developer 2 JavaScript Developer 1 Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to document and resolve defects effectively Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI/Einstein features in Salesforce Prior experience working in a SOX-compliant Salesforce environment 5+ years developing with Apex and Lightning Web Components Salesforce Platform Developer 2 Certification Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills Local to Phoenix, AZ
