CNC/Manual Machinist

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturer of industrial machinery parts in the Raleigh area who is looking for a CNC/Manual Machinist.

This is a direct hire opportunity working 6:30am-3pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities: Machinist will set up, adjust, and operate CNC/manual machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments Machinist will fabricate, modify, and repair mechanical instruments Machinist will assist in maintaining and repairing equipment Machinist will utilize precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, dial indicators, and depth gauges Machinist will read and interpret instructions and drawing such as blueprints and geometric tolerances Requirements: Candidates must have knowledge of setting up and operating manual lathes, milling machines, or CNC lathes/mills Candidates must 3-5 years of relevant experience in machine shop environments Candidates must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerances Candidates must have experience using precision measuring equipment, machine methods, cutting tools, etc.

Candidates must have knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, and machining procedures Candidates must have experience editing in G code Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED
