We are currently seeking a **_Senior Sales Representative_** in the field of Electronic Security to join our Honeywell Building Automation’s team. The role focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for the customer, managing and building customer contacts and be the focal point for relationship strategies, sales plans, proposal strategies, and contract negotiations, for pursuits in play. The role can be based either in our Sydney or Brisbane office.
+ Sell the LenelS2 Enterprise Security Product Portfolio into the Security Market
+ Provide monthly reports covering major sales wins/loses, sales pipeline, major project opportunities, opposition products, reference site information
+ Execute a territory plan in managing an existing customer base to build and retain relationships to increase sales revenue
+ Be involved in all aspects of the sale including technical and use the global security solutions teams when projects are large and complex
+ Provide estimates/quotations and technical advice to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
+ Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in selling electronic security
+ Understands security products and services and can confidently present their features and benefits to clients. Knows LenelS2 / Enterprise security product knowledge is highly desirable
+ Proficient in managing the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals including follow ups
+ Ability to negotiate, clearly articulate value and demonstrate how solutions map to a customer’s needs
+ Strong ability to develop and sustain customer relationships
+ Compelling presentation and communication skills
+ Industry and market knowledge
