What You'll Be Doing

Operate a concrete mixer truck safely and efficiently to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance

Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers

Maintain cleanliness of the truck and ensure proper function of all components

Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while representing the company professionally

What Are We Looking For

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements

Strong focus on safety, reliability, and customer service

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Comfortable operating heavy equipment in various weather and site conditions

Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and communication

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

$24.09 to $25.09 per hour
