E2 Consulting Engineers, Inc. (E2) is a professional services firm established in 1988 specializing in a full spectrum of engineering services including project engineering and design, federal base operations and infrastructure support services, gas pipeline construction and inspection services, environmental consulting and remediation, and information technology services.
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead and support the delivery of a complex, multi-year power utility grid modernization program. This role requires a seasoned Agilist with a strong background in project and program management, capable of navigating a matrixed environment involving internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory/governing bodies.
Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager across multiple Agile teams delivering infrastructure and technology solutions.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned with program goals.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while ensuring proactive stakeholder engagement and communication.
Coordinate across cross-functional teams, external partners, and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment and compliance.
Track and report on key performance indicators, milestones, and program health to senior leadership.
Champion Agile best practices and coach teams on Agile principles and frameworks.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in Project and Program Management.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-year programs in complex, regulated environments.
Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
Strong skills in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and governance reporting.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Experience working with utility companies or in energy sector programs is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) preferred.

Wage Data Per State Requirements
The wage for this positing is $137,000 per year. This will be based on Experience.
