About the Role
Takes ownership of activating all planned events and field operations from vendor sourcing to end-to-end implementation supporting event and channel marketing initiatives (i.e., executing offline campaigns/activities across marketing function, distribution channels and cross -functional teams.)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end activation of field marketing initiatives, including vendor sourcing, logistics coordination, and on-site execution of events and offline campaigns.
Ensure seamless implementation of planned events and activities aligned with channel marketing strategies.
Supervise event setups, attendee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to execute offline marketing campaigns that drive demand generation and support channel objectives.
Develop and deploy promotional materials, POS (point-of-sale) assets, and other collateral for field activation.
Monitor and report on production and field marketing performance, providing on-ground insights for optimization.
Source, evaluate, and manage third-party vendors for printing, merchandise, and production to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.
Liaise with internal teams (Marketing, Distribution Channels, Procurement) and external partners (vendors, agencies, venues) to ensure smooth execution.
Negotiate contracts, manage budgets to optimize marketing budgets, and oversee vendor performance to ensure cost-effective and high-quality deliverables.
Monitor and execute the procurement process and take the lead in all documentation process especially financing matters (i.e. vendor registrations, contract signings, issuing approved invoices, claiming reimbursements and any other relevant paperwork) that are related to event and channel marketing under the supervision of the line-manager.
Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and procurement processes.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferrable.
More than 3 years of experience in field marketing, event management, trade marketing, or brand activations (agency or corporate environment).
Proven track record of executing successful offline campaigns, events, or channel marketing initiatives
Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns/events simultaneously.
Having strong network of vendors, proficiency in vendor negotiation, budget management, and logistics coordination.
Familiarity with POS (point-of-sale) materials, promotional collateral, and field marketing best practices.
Basic knowledge of post-event reporting (e.g., attendance metrics, lead generation)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to last-minute changes in fast-paced environments.
Willingness to travel frequently (as needed) and work flexible hours (including weekends for events)
