The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes performance metrics, creative testing, and multichannel strategy. You’ll execute campaigns end-to-end, gather insights that inform smarter decisions, and collaborate with designers, copywriters and developers to deliver measurable growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Area Tasks & Objectives
Campaign Strategy & Execution Plan, launch and optimise paid and organic campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms.
SEO & Content Conduct keyword research, build on-page/off-page strategies, manage content calendars, ensure technical health.
Analytics & Reporting Set up tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio), produce weekly dashboards, translate data into actionable insights.
Conversion-Rate Optimisation Design A/B tests, landing-page tweaks and funnel experiments to boost leads, sales or other KPIs.
Client Collaboration Present findings, educate stakeholders and maintain clear, proactive communication on timelines and results.
MarTech & Automation Evaluate new tools, integrate APIs and automate repetitive tasks to scale efficiency.
