They connect stories and audiences around the world and help industry leaders develop, grow, and champion their audiences everywhere, from the intimacy of the small screen to the wonder of the big screen—with this role focusing specifically on theatrical content.

If you’re passionate about qualitative and quantitative research; if you enjoy visualizing data and discovering insights with confidence; if you geek out on movies and love being a subject matter expert to clients—and you have a proven track record of managing, growing, and elevating world-class talent—this opportunity is for you!

Your Impact

Lead and/or manage end to end qualitative and quantitative research projects for theatrical clients, including proposal design, methodology approach, questionnaire and discussion guide development, data analysis, and storytelling.

Projects may include concept and greenlight evaluation, brand studies, content optimization tests, messaging/positioning evaluation, creative materials tests, post release and franchise development, market sizing, segmentation and custom landscapes.

Translate research data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations through visual, creative and story-driven reports.

Develop and mentor a team of analyst to director level researchers, providing training, guidance, and career support, while effectively balancing workloads.

Help to build the vision for the wider practice area and set a vision for your specific team so they will deliver best-in-class, highly consultative research for our theatrical clients.

Cultivate and foster deep client relationships to successfully execute projects while identifying opportunities for growth.

Serve as a trusted partner to clients, fully understanding their overall business objectives and strategically strengthening relationships.

Contribute to initiatives to grow the Content Development & Marketing Strategy practice area, through active participation in new business pitches, proposal development and thought leadership initiatives.

Innovate our methodologies and product line offerings in the entertainment marketing and production development space, innovating on our current offerings and building new offerings to help clients solve their biggest problems.
