System Administrator

We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a System Administrator role.Key Responsibilities: Install and configure server hardware and software.

Manage Windows and Linux servers and technology tools.

Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.

Troubleshoot issues reported by users or identified through monitoring tools.

Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.

Maintain security through access controls, backups, firewalls, etc.

Upgrade systems with new releases and models as necessary.

Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.

Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and policies Qualifications: Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

Experience with Microsoft Teams calling Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows/Linux) platforms.

Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
