We are a well-established, fast-paced private oncology practice seeking a Mid-Level Practitioner (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join our collaborative and compassionate care team. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations, follow-up visits, and medical histories

Interpret labs, imaging, and test results to assist with treatment planning

Collaborate with oncologists and other clinical staff to provide high-quality care

Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and care plans

Ensure timely and accurate documentation in patient records

Qualifications:

Current and unrestricted NY State license

Oncology experience preferred, but not required

Excellent communication, clinical judgement, and patient care skills

Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-based environment
