Title: Database Administrator 3/ RPA UIPath Developer

Duration: 6 Months Contract with an extension

Location: 312 Rosa L. Parks Avenue N., 20th floor Nashville, Tennessee 37243 (100% Remote)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UiPath RPA Developer to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UiPath technologies and demonstrate the ability to independently design, build, and deploy robust production-level automations using the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework).

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.

Independently build and manage production-level automations using the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFramework).

Configure and maintain UiPath Orchestrator, including setting up robots, environments, and queues.

Deploy attended and unattended robots to support business process automation initiatives.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand automation requirements.

Ensure quality and scalability of automation solutions through comprehensive testing and best practices.

Monitor and support existing automations in production to ensure high availability and performance.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation across departments.

Maintain thorough documentation of workflows, exceptions, and automation lifecycle management.

Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator.

Strong proficiency in developing RPA solutions using UiPath, especially within the Robotic Enterprise Framework.

Ability to independently lead automation projects from development through deployment.

Solid understanding of exception handling, logging, and error recovery strategies.

Experience integrating UiPath with other systems and applications through APIs and other technologies.

Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools such as Git is a plus.

UiPath certifications (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer) preferred.
