HIRING ASAP. We want somebody full-time, and hopefully long term. We are a boutique law firm located in Encino, California, with a sophisticated practice: plaintiff litigation in the areas of class action, civil rights, and more. We offer good pay, good benefits, and promotion. We are only looking for industrious applicants.

NOTE: Legal experience is preferred, but not required. If you are smart and industrious, we are willing to train you.

Quartely Bonuses and Promotion available (five figure bonuses offered, each quarter)

Responsibilities include:

Monitoring and calendaring litigation deadlines, especially written discovery deadlines

Draft pleadings, letters and written discovery

Written Discovery Emphasis (ROGS, RFPS, RFAS)

Requirements:

Must follow instructions carefully

Must be industrious

Attention to detail

Familiarity with legal documents strongly recommended
