Customer Service Representative

We're currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our sales operations and work closely with our sales team. In this essential role, you'll help ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to our mission-driven growth.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy

Troubleshoot order or service issues, escalating to technical teams when needed

Assist the sales team with quoting, order processing, and tracking

Prepare and send sales documentation (e.g., quotes, contracts, product info)

Coordinate with fulfillment/logistics to ensure timely delivery and communication

Monitor inventory availability and provide updates to sales and customers

Support outreach campaigns with follow-up calls and emails

Maintain accurate and current lead and opportunity records in the CRM

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service or sales support

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to multitask and stay organized by prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment

Ability to communicate well with both external customers and internal staff in a professional manner.

Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams

Proficiency with ERPs & CRMs (Microsoft solutions is a plus)

Previous experience in a B2B or technical sales environment is a plus
