What You’ll Do: Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems across multiple sites Handle scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and urgent repair requests with confidence Lead minor repairs, coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized services, and ensure timely project execution Maintain compliance with safety protocols and building codes, delivering a clean, safe, and functional environment Be the go-to expert for tenants and property managers, ensuring satisfaction and quality service at every turn ? What You Bring: 3–5+ years of experience in building maintenance, facilities operations, or property management support Expertise in HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing repair, and general building operations Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent response time for urgent issues Clear communication skills with tenants, vendors, and team members Trade certifications in HVAC or related fields a plus (but not required) ?
