The Role: We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist who thrives on bringing order to chaos, is comfortable picking up the phone to get answers, and is eager to improve how things get done.

If you’re someone who doesn’t just follow a process but constantly looks for ways to make it better, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do: Manage and maintain the AR ledger, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.

Follow up with customers and vendors via phone and email — no hesitation, just action.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a professional and proactive manner.

Work with the operations and billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely issue resolution.

Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce DSO and enhance efficiency.

Support monthly closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.

Help design scalable AR workflows as the business grows.

What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in AR, billing, or collections — transportation/logistics industry a plus.

Confidence in communicating with vendors/customers — you’re not afraid to make the call.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

A mindset for continuous improvement — you ask "Why?" and "How can we do this better?" Experience with accounting software and Excel (bonus if you’ve worked with ERP systems). Positive, solution-oriented attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
