Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive and meticulous individual to provide comprehensive support for desktop systems and inventory management. The role involves working closely with a small team to ensure the smooth operation of devices and systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory control processes for desktop systems, tablets, and laptops.
• Prepare and ship Android tablets and Windows laptops to designated locations.
• Perform imaging tasks for computers and mobile devices, ensuring proper configuration.
• Conduct routine inventory cleanup to maintain accurate records and organization.
• Collaborate with a small team to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Provide hands-on support for Android, Apple, and Windows devices.
• Utilize Active Directory to manage user accounts and system access.
• Support backup and recovery operations for critical systems.
• Configure and deploy desktop imaging solutions for new devices.
• Maintain documentation of technical procedures and inventory updates.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field.
• Proficiency in Android, Apple, and Microsoft Windows devices.
• Familiarity with computer imaging and configuration management processes.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and desktop imaging solutions.
• Knowledge of backup technologies and recovery procedures.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware and Cisco or Citrix technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
