Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or inquiries effectively.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of conversations.
Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and product returns.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service or call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
