Financial Additions has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a growing oil & gas company in Dallas! This in an onsite position for a company with a great culture and strong leadership team.
Duties will include:
Manage the front desk: answer phones, greet guests, open and/or distribute mail, log packages and deliveries, scan/copy and email documents as needed.
Assist with coding invoices and distributing for approval
Liaision with facilities and building maintenance as needed
Set up for internal meetings (conference room, technology, food)
Assist with other projects as directed Qualifications include:
1-3 years in administrative assistant role
Detailed and highly organized - comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Pleasant, helpful, and professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills - in person, over the phone, and in writing
Good with technology, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), and oil & gas software (WolfPak or smiliar a plus)
Some accounts payable or light bookkeeping experience a plus
Experience in oil & gas industry a plus
High school diploma - some college preferred #INDD
