Responsibilities:
• Input financial and payroll data into Excel spreadsheets with precision and efficiency.
• Perform basic calculations and reconciliations for accounts payable and receivable.
• Update and maintain payroll registers, including preparing spreadsheets for tax withholding purposes.
• Utilize Excel tools such as PivotTables and VLOOKUPs to analyze and organize financial information.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions by conducting thorough research.
• Compile financial data from computer files for reporting and reconciliation purposes.
• Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to support financial documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and data integrity is maintained.• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Prior experience in accounting or payroll processes is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Effective communication skills with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with additional office tools such as Microsoft Word and email correspondence.
