Job Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Records Coordinator to join our team in Danvers, Massachusetts area. In this role, you will manage and maintain critical records while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to handling administrative tasks. Also must possess a strong customer service and communication skills, and comfortable being on the phone talking to both internal and external parties.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain accurate records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Perform data entry tasks with precision, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems.

• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.

• Process billing transactions and ensure all invoices are handled according to established procedures.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create reports, and support department operations.

• Work with Oracle and QuickBooks systems to manage financial information and records.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards for recordkeeping.

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency in record management.

• Provide support for audits and other reviews by preparing and organizing necessary documentation

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform accurate data entry.

• Knowledge of account reconciliation and billing processes.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and phone skills
