Roseann Mabry at Robert Half is partnering with a growing client in West County to place a Human Resource Manager on a direct hire basis assisting the Human Resource Director. The full time position for the Human Resource Manager will be adding to the HR team due to the company expansion. Only the talented HR folks that have a passion for people should apply! You will be assisting the Human Resource Director with duties day to day that will include supporting the operations supervisors regarding employee relations issues, helping administer benefits, HR Compliance, performance management issues. and spearhead the build out of the employee recognition program, work on special projects as they arise This positions uses ADP. This is a manufacturing environment and need similar experience in that type of industry. There are 500 plus employees located throughout the US and some globally as well. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HR Director to address employee relations issues and provide guidance to operations supervisors.

• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with leave management processes, including FMLA and workers' compensation.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

• Develop and implement an employee recognition program to enhance engagement and morale.

• Ensure HR compliance by maintaining accurate records and adhering to employment laws and regulations.

• Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback discussions.

• Utilize HRIS systems, such as ADP Workforce Now, to manage employee data and streamline HR operations.

• Assist in creating strategies to improve workplace culture and address employee concerns.

• Partner with global teams to support HR initiatives across international locations.

• Provide training and resources to supervisors and managers on HR best practices.

• Minimum of 3 5-7 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency in HRIS systems, including ADP Workforce Now.

• Strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

• Experience with leave management processes, including FMLA and workers' compensation.

• Demonstrated ability to lead full-cycle recruiting and onboarding efforts.

• Effective communication skills with the ability to engage employees and address concerns.

• Proven track record in developing and implementing employee recognition programs.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
