Job Description

The salary range for this position is 120,000 - 130,000. The benefits include paid time off and health insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the organization's long-term sustainability and growth.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align with organizational goals.

• Manage audits, risk assessments, and compliance with financial regulations to maintain fiscal integrity.

• Supervise day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

• Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and effective development.

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with department leaders to align financial resources with programmatic objectives.

• Evaluate and enhance accounting systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Maintain relationships with external auditors, vendors, and financial institutions.

• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures while driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in a management role and a bachelors degree.
