Now Hiring: CNC Machinist Florence, KY

Location: Florence, KY

Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $24–$30/hr based on knowledge and experience

Crown Staffing is hiring a CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Florence. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for candidates who are dependable, mechanically inclined, and skilled in precision machining.

Job Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machines

Interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Make adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy

Perform routine maintenance and keep work area clean

Document production activity and ensure job specifications are met

Requirements:

Previous experience operating CNC machines (Haas preferred)

Strong quality control and troubleshooting skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

High school diploma or GED required

Completion of a machinist apprenticeship or technical program is a plus

Must be a team player with good communication skills
