We are looking for a skilled Business Office Manager to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The BOM will be responsible for the daily operations of the Business Office including cash collections, insurance verifications, Medicaid applications and renewals, new hire onboarding and payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing office and human resources functions and working in a long-term care setting.Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day Business office functions including insurance verifications, authorizations, Resident Trust management, and cash collections.
Assist with Medicaid applications and renewals, working with resident, family and applicable outside agencies to finalize facility coverage through Medicaid
Hire & onboard new employees
Other duties as assignedRequirements/Qualifications:
1+ years experience working in a long-term care setting
Experience with Accounts Receivable and HR
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate with co-workers, residents, families, and outside agencies in a professional mannerBenefits/Perks:
