We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Broomfield, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing and organizing data while supporting administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency. This is a contract position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a commitment to precision.
Responsibilities:
• Input and update data into systems with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical files for easy access and retrieval.
• Prepare and process vendor contracts and billing documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets to perform calculations and manage records.
• Perform scanning, typing, and email correspondence as part of daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding data handling and security.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Handle customer service inquiries related to data entry tasks.
• Use DocuSign for document processing and signature management.
• Support additional administrative duties as needed.• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role.
• Proficiency in 10-key typing and general typing skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with email correspondence and document management tools.
• Ability to organize files and perform calculations accurately.
• Experience with scanning and data verification processes.
• Knowledge of vendor contracts and billing functions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
