Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high volume roles, from posting jobs to scheduling interviews.

Track candidate activity and progress meticulously within our recruiting system.

Ensure a smooth handoff from offer acceptance through the onboarding process.

Support the HR team with essential tasks like documentation, reporting, employee file management, and process follow-up.

Assist with critical HR case administration, including employee leaves and workers' compensation follow-ups.

Participate in UKG implementation tasks, such as data clean-up, testing, and validation.

Provide backup and coordination support to the HR team during peak periods or reduced capacity.

Help maintain compliance with company policies and federal/state labor laws.Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in high volume, quick turnaround recruiting.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, UKG is a huge plus.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate the highest level of professionalism.

Experience with multi-state workforces is a plus.
