Job Description
Shift Schedule: 10am–7pm or 11am–8pm CST (earlier shifts may become available based on performance and business needs)
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls on past-due accounts using assertive and persuasive communication
Build rapport to understand payment issues, remove obstacles, and negotiate resolutions
Update customer contact information and document call outcomes accurately
Accept and process payments securely through PCI-compliant systems
Research and resolve payment discrepancies; make outbound calls as needed
Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email, personalizing standard messages
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate delinquent or unreachable account holders
Follow established procedures and comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Escalate complex or non-routine issues for assistance
Seek guidance and coaching from management and peers
Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, and initiative in a structured environment
Qualifications:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Previous contact center, customer service, or collections experience preferred
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
