Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Vice President of Human Resources to lead and shape the HR strategy for a global organization. This role requires a dynamic leader who can align HR functions with organizational goals, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and foster a unified and effective workforce. Based in Dallas, Texas, this position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on both strategic and operational HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive global HR strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and core values.

Oversee daily HR operations, including drafting employment contracts, managing payroll processes with external providers, and ensuring seamless onboarding tailored to each entity.

Lead key HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and harmonize HR policies and practices across different countries and entities.

Provide strategic guidance to the executive team on workforce planning and organizational development.

Track and evaluate HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions and improve organizational performance.

Act as a liaison between global teams by maintaining regular communication and ensuring alignment in HR activities.

•Serve as a bilingual leader, proficient in both French and English, to support global communication and collaboration.

Bachelor's degree highly preferred

10 + years of experience in human resources leadership roles.

Strong expertise in HR functions such as payroll systems, benefits management, and employee relations.

Must have global HR experience specificlly supporting France

Proven ability to manage compliance with labor laws and social obligations across multiple regions.

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies in global organizations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with diverse teams.

Proficiency in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and data analysis tools.

Bilingual proficiency in French and English to support international operations.

Willingness to travel regularly, approximately 10% -20%, to support global HR initiatives.
