The CFO will spearhead financial operations alongside executive leadership, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting/forecasting, while driving improvements across processes and methodologies. This position requires a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage internal reporting, coordinate with the board, and tackle critical special projects.
As an integral part of the leadership team, the CFO will collaborate closely with the CEO and other executives to support the company’s growth and develop innovative business strategies.
Lead accounting and financial reporting operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all deliverables.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis processes for informed decision-making within the organization.
Manage the credit team to maintain strong customer relationships and responsible credit operations.
Provide strategic direction and oversight to the IT team, ensuring technology aligns with business needs and initiatives.
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to drive short-term and long-term business growth.
Prepare and present internal and board reports, offering insights to support strategic discussions and decisions.
Identify and implement solutions to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies across the organization.
Lead special projects related to organizational enhancements, including systems improvements and strategic initiatives.
The ideal professional for this role will bring:
15+ years of accounting and finance experience.
BS in Accounting, CPA and MBA strongly preferred
Proven experience leading financial operations in a manufacturing environment.
Deep expertise in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strategic leadership skills with the ability to partner with executives and lead cross-functional teams.
Experience managing both credit operations and IT systems within an organizational structure.
Strong analytical capabilities and process improvement experience.
Excellent communication skills for presenting critical insights to executive teams and boards.
