A.T. Still University (ATSU) is seeking a full-time Research Project Coordinator on the Kirksville, MO campus. The Research Project Coordinator II is responsible for the successful planning and implementation of multiple clinical and academic projects, which must be planned, monitored, controlled, and delivered on time and following the respective research protocols.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for constant communication with all ATSU and external stakeholders. This includes, but is not limited to, senior leadership, professors, physicians, students, research participants, statisticians, etc.

Responsible for knowing, following, and updating research project standard operating procedures.

Responsible for ensuring research project activities, contracts, and agreements are executed in accordance with ATSU, state, and federal laws, policies, and guidelines.

Evening and weekend work will be required infrequently.

This position is required to physically be on the Kirksville, MO campus each day. This is not a telecommute position.Requirements:

College degree plus three to five years of experience in coordinating and organizing multiple projects effectively.

Effective and confident speaking and presentation skills.

Relevant experiences in clinical/academic research.

Positive, outgoing attitude and ability to excel in a complex, detail-oriented environment.
