About the Role:

You'll provide direct psychiatric care in an inpatient setting with a highly manageable caseload (10–15 patients). You'll have the time and support to focus on thorough evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic support — without feeling overwhelmed.

What You'll Do:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and therapy

Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications

Lead individual and group psychotherapy

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers

Maintain clear, supportive documentation for patient progress

Qualifications:

Active PMHNP license in Pennsylvania

Experience in psychiatric settings preferred (new grads considered with strong psych rotations)

Passion for working in an inpatient environment

FBI Background Check, PA Criminal Background Check, and Child Abuse Clearance required
