Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases (CE&IG) China is a subsidiary of Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group (Group) and incorporated in China. We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer to join our growing Nikkiso CE&IG China team.

概述

The Application Engineer is responsible for preparing quotations for all types of inquiries (budget to purchase phase) and ensure on-time submittal and responses. The Application Engineer is the primary contact for customers at sales stage working in collaboration with the local Sales Manager.

资质

Knowledge and Critical Skills/Expertise:

English language proficiency is required.

Skilled in time management, prioritizing and managing changing priorities in fast-paced environment.

Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.

Experience in rotating equipment / centrifugal pumps is preferred.

Experience in bidding/proposal preparation and the ability to read and understand bid/proposal specifications, both from a technical and commercial perspective.

MS Office proficiency.

Experience w/ 3D CAD software, SOLIDWORKS preferred.

Experience w/ ERP system preferred.

Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.

5+ years’ professional experience is required.

Specific industry experience is strongly preferred.

职责

Prepare technical selection and scope of supply in line with customer’s technical requirements.

Review project specifications and prepare deviations list, as well as attend and / or respond to technical clarifications requests from the customer.

Prepare costs and quotation (price and delivery) based on the performed technical selections and technical clarifications.

Work with other departments and suppliers to address any quotation specific requirements.

Assist with AE tools development.

Domestic and foreign travel to meet with customers.
