Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Specialist to provide technical support and customer service for clients using the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of their marketing automation systems within GHL. Experience with AI automation tools and being an expert of Go High Level is crucial.
Part-time: 4 hours/day to start (grow to more hours/full-time)
Remote: Flexible schedule to accommodate clients in different time zones (primarily Australia)
Start date: ASAP
Starting Salary: Flexible depending on experience and skill level.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level support for GoHighLevel, including account setup, workflow configuration, and campaign management
Onboard new clients, configure their GHL accounts, and train them on the platform
Troubleshoot issues and bugs within the GHL system, and provide timely solutions
Proactively monitor client accounts and suggest improvements to their GHL automations
Communicate effectively with clients via Discord, email, and video calls
Collaborate with the development team to implement custom GHL integrations and features
Stay up-to-date with the latest GHL updates and marketing automation best practices
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a technical customer support and/or automation specialist role
Expert in GoHighLevel, and extensive knowledge of Zapier, and other marketing automation tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients
Understand of integrations with AI tools both voice and text to help in the sales process and speed to lead
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficient in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/clients simultaneously
Flexible schedule to accommodate clients in different time zones (primarily Australia)
