As the HR Manager, you will lead and support a range of critical HR functions while ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and values. You will:

Establish and monitor HR objectives in alignment with organizational goals, focusing on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Drive efforts to improve staff management, retention, and engagement while ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

Encourage growth and education for both yourself and staff, creating a culture that values ongoing development and leadership.

Work closely with the Leadership Team and Board to support the organization’s vision and planning process while ensuring HR strategies align with Christian values.

Manage employee benefits programs, manage payroll for hourly staff, maintain an organized employee record system, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead efforts to celebrate and appreciate our dedicated staff, organizing events, recognition programs, and fostering a culture of gratitude.

Provide input and leadership that aligns with the organization's guiding principles of Christian service and promotes a safe, empowering, and trusting environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management preferred.

8+ years in Human Resources management

Strong leadership and collaboration skills.

Budget management and a deep understanding of HR laws and regulations.

A passion for upholding Christian values and integrating them into HR practices.
