Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cloud and On-Prem Network Engineer to support a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about network reliability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

+ Diagnose and resolve high-severity network and infrastructure incidents.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system performance and uptime.

+ Leverage automation tools (Python, Ansible) to enhance operational efficiency.

+ Analyze network traffic and logs using tools like Wireshark and PCAP.

+ Support hybrid environments across on-premises and cloud (AWS/Azure) infrastructures.

Required Skills & Experience

+ 10+ years in IT infrastructure, security, and architecture.

+ Deep knowledge of IP routing, firewalls, load balancers, proxies, and DNS.

+ Proficiency in Python scripting and infrastructure automation.

+ Experience with AWS and/or Azure networking and security.

+ Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and SDN concepts.

+ Hands-on experience with Cisco, F5, Juniper, and Checkpoint technologies.

+ Strong understanding of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting.

+ Experience with ITSM processes (Change, Incident, Problem Management).

+ Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

+ Cisco CCNA/CCNP/CCSE (preferred)

+ Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr.
