Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Actimize solutions, including IFM, ActOne, Watch, and XDT.
Collaborate with business analysts, compliance officers, and fraud teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Design and develop custom workflows, rules, and alerts using XDT and Actimize’s development framework.
Oversee integration of Actimize with upstream and downstream systems, ensuring data quality and real-time processing.
Manage and mentor a team of Actimize developers and analysts.
Optimize performance and scalability of Actimize modules and ensure high availability.
Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of production issues.
Stay current with Actimize product updates and industry best practices to continuously improve system capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in financial and compliance technology, with at least 4 years in Actimize platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Actimize IFM (fraud models, scenarios, and case management)
ActOne (case workflow and investigation management)
Actimize Watch (model tuning and analytics)
XDT (custom development and extensions)
Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML, and scripting languages used in Actimize environments.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration with enterprise systems.
Strong understanding of financial typologies, AML, and fraud detection strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $88.00/hr.
