This position assists the Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in implementing and managing the Food Safety and Hygiene Management System (HACCP), ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and service excellence. The role contributes to maximizing guest satisfaction in line with Hyatt International standards through effective planning, organizing, directing, and controlling of operations.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria,
Experience in stewarding, sanitation, or kitchen operations (preferably in hotels or high-volume kitchens).
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and hygiene best practices.
Leadership skills to manage stewarding teams and coordinate with kitchen staff.
Organizational skills for inventory control, waste management, and equipment maintenance.
Training ability to enforce sanitation & safety standards.
Attention to detail in compliance audits and cleaning procedures.
